From tire rims and car engines, dogs gets stuck in the most unexpected places. But we do believe that no matter where their mischief takes them, dogs still get bothered, stressed, and are sorry for the resulting incident.
However, for one black, fluffy dog in New Hampshire, this couldn’t be further from the truth as they get stuck at the bottom of a storm drain – looking unbothered and unapologetic.
On Wednesday, November 06, the Pelham Police Department posted about how the dog was discovered in the storm drain.
“Yesterday morning, a resident was walking their dog on Arlene Drive when they discovered a dog that was stuck in drain catch basin,” the Police Department wrote.
Officers who responded to the incident were reportedly able to remove the catch basin grate and rescue the dog.
The black, fluffy dog, named Jack, was fortunately not injured and was quickly reunited with his owner after his little adventure.
Furthermore, the Police Department determined that the mischievous pooch crawled through the drainage pipe and into the storm drain.
But what caught the officers’ attention is how unbothered Jack looked when he was discovered and rescued.
The department wrote, “He didn’t appear to be concerned about the predicament he put himself in” along with a photo of Jack looking up, looking unbothered.
Facebook users were thankful someone spotted Jack and got him rescued. Meanwhile, some users can’t help but notice how cute the rescue was.
One Facebook user said, “[this] put a smile on my face” while another called Jack a “silly pupper”.
Furthermore, another Facebook user noted that Jack looks like a “very large Schipperke”.
The American Kennel Club describes this breed as “curious, lively, and intense but mischievous” which sounds about right and matches Jack perfectly.
